Hello lovelies! It’s that time of year – Friendsgiving! This will be a very short post because honestly throwing Friendsgiving is super easy! There’s really only two things you need food and fun.
Food: There’ two ways to do this and both a great. You can do a potluck and have everyone bring a dish from home. This gets everyone involved and also ensures that there will be at least one dish you like at the meal. The other option is to cater! I would 10/10 recommend this! This is what we did this year and it made setup and cleanup a breeze! We used Taqueria La Ventana and they were great! We personally love doing the none traditional options for Friendsgving but you do you.
Fun: This will really depend on your group of friends. We personally like to play board games with the group – Heads Up is a big crowd pleaser. But we’ve also watched the football game or just talked as a group. Whatever is fun to you will work.
That’s it. Cute decor and a cute outfit are great but that’s not what it’s about. Friendsgiving is about spending time with your friends that you’re thankful have turned into family.
Have you ever thrown a Friendsgiving? What are your go to foods and fun activities? Let me know in the comments!
